When submitting a case, remember to include:

  • Errors from the Xperience Event Log
  • A description of what you want to achieve
  • Information about your environment
  • Description of known customizations
  • Screenshots of the issue

You can find the version in Kentico Administration (former CMS Desk). Look under the Help toolbar in Kentico 8 or next to the Sign out button in the older versions.


 
 
If you are using Portal engine, you can usually see Design tab when editing a page in Kentico Administration.
Otherwise you might be using ASPX templates. For other cases, discuss the development model with you System Administrator.
